Colorado Avalanche

Colorado Preview

COLORADO AVALANCHE 2019 PREVIEW

Colorado enjoyed yet another successful regular season putting up 95 points which tied them with two other teams for fourth most points in the league.  The team was electrified about their playoff potential.   And again, after some initial playoff success in beating the St Louis Blues in the first round 4 games to 2, the team came out flat against the Vancouver Canucks and were quickly disposed of in 5 games.  The bitterness of playoff defeat is something that Av’s Coach Roy is holding onto throughout the summer and into training camp.  “I want more out of this team, we have the scorers, we have the D, and our goaltending is good.  It’s time to step it up”

Coach Roy is correct is saying the team has scorers.   The team scored a few less than the previous year but the Avs still managed to have 6 players score 20 or more goals.  Rakell led the team with 32 goals, while Kyle Palmieri 29, Steven Stamkos 28, Vinnie Trocheck 26, Austin Mathews 23 and Anders Lee 20 were the main goal scorers.  Although these players were the leaders, many were considered to score more than they did.  Add in Alex Debrincat’s 14 goals and Nik Ehlers 10 goals in the disappointment column.  The defensive side of the forward lines appeared to have the biggest impact.  Although the Avalanche managed to score 267 goals, the team also allowed 241 which equates to just over 3 per game. The goaltending was supposed to be spectacular.  The power play was decent ranking 7th overall in the league but a lot more was expected with the amount of snipers on the roster.   The penalty was an abysmal 74.6% ranking third worst in the league.  It forced management’s hand into making a couple of trade deadline deals to attempt to patch the holes by acquiring Trevor Lewis and Vladimir Sobotka for young defensive prospect and former first round rookie pick Derrick Pouliot and a 4th round pick in this year’s draft.   The trade helped a bit, but not enough to make a difference.

The forward groups at training camp this season look as promising as far as goal scoring goes.  Stamkos is centering Mathews and Palmieri on the first line.  The second unit presently has Max Domi as the pivot between veteran Joe Pavelski and sophomore Alex Debrincat.  The third line has crafty vet Ryan Getzlaf between Anders Lee and Sam Reinhart.  The fourth line has RNH at center, who was dupped by strato again with only a 2 defense rating, with Rickard Rakell and Jonathan Drouin on the wings.  Rookie pick Andrei Svechnikov may spell a few games at wing while injured Vinnie Trocheck may fill in some games for Getzlaf.  Joonas Donskoi, who was obtained in a trade may also see a handful of games this season, but he will undoubtedly spend most of the year in the minors along with rookie picks Robert Thomas, Alex Nylander, Luke Kunin, Adam Gaudette and Nick Schmaltz.

On defense, Roy feels that the team has made an upgrade to the starting six.  Ryan Pulock has developed into a starting top pair defenseman and he will play opposite of Brady Skjei.  Veteran Alex Edler will pair with smooth skating Jared Spurgeon on the second unit.  Newly acquired Brian Dumoulin will set up nicely opposite veteran Ron Hainsey to complete the bottom pairing.   All 6 defensemen are 4 rated D men or better!!  This has Coach Roy excited.  “Our d men are great in their own zone and most of them play a very gritty game.   We are hoping this helps our goal against total this season!”  Vince Dunn will fill in a few games for the aging Edler while Mike Matheson takes a step back from a regular role and will tool away in the minors this year.  Same goes for Adam Larsson who had an off season and needs to regain his confidence.   Anthony DeAngelo and Matt Grzelcyk have made huge advances in their development and look to be potential starters down the road.  The expectations are the same for highly touted 2nd round pick Jusso Valimaki, although he was injured preparing for training camp.

The biggest disappointment last season was goaltending.  The Avalanche expected top end goaltending and an opportunity to win every night based of the stopper factor. Carter Hutton’s .908 save pct was well below expectations as was Pekka Rinne’s .911 save pct.  Carter Hutton’s performance was so much under par that Roy and company decided to part ways with the pillow bearer.  This will provide an opportunity for last year’s fourth round rookie pick Jack Campbell to pick up 30 or so games as he will share the next with the wily vet Pekka Rinne.   Roy is hoping that the goaltending will be a bit better with improved defenders in front of the net.  Pheonix Copley, who was drafted in the third round this year, will spend his first season with the team in the minors while possibly seeing some action as a back- up here and there.

The Avalanche look like a team that can light the lamp, but can the team shut down the opposition enough to get the wins needed to move forward this season.  Management has once again instructed Roy that if he needs a piece or two to put this team over the top, they are more than willing to attempt to acquire the missing pieces. The power play should be OK but it appears that penalty killing could continue to be a weakness for this team.  The first 20-30 games should provide a good sample size of what to expect with this roster.   All in all, the team is looking to compete and the fans are enthusiastic and eager for the new season to begin.

CM’S are due… Schedule for this year.

See attached.
When creating your road CMs, please start by right-clicking on your team and selecting “Generate Compute Manager” from the menu. That way most of the CMs will look the same which makes it easier for me to check them.
Don’t forget:
1. create (3) OT forward pairs for 4-on-4 OT.
2. adjust your player’s actions on the lineups tab.
3. drop to 3 forward / 2 defense pairs in the 3rd period.
4. Computer only players may not play (regular season or playoffs).
5. This road CM is for blocks 1-3. See the attached schedule.
Send me your road CMs as soon as you are finished. Deadline is still Sunday, 10/13. If you have any questions let me know.

Swammi returns with his bold new picks

                  SWAMI’s CRYSTAL BALL 2019-20

We went & got a new Crystal Ball from the pawn shop as we traded the old one, it was haunting Swami, as Swami had predicted two years in a row a team wouldnt make the playoffs, but those teams(Wild-two years ago)& Vancouver(last season) would not only make the playoff’s, but then take out Swami’s(Stars)in the Playoff’s!  That Crystal Ball had a crack in it, Swami had Bruins missing & they got 2nd Place Overall!  What a Miss! Stay out of the water! SHARK!   Can some team stop the 2-time Defending Champion Swain Cup San Jose Sharks, will the Devils end an Eleven year Playoff drought? From last place to First place, Swami tells all!

CHICAGO-  This team went from winning the “Cup” three seasons ago to dead last in the League & Coachless!  18-19 Rookie Draft   8th Overall- P. L. Dubois  12th Overall- J DeBrusk 14th Overall-D. Strome  2nd round- S. Milano(who) 3rd round- E. Svechnikov(wrong brother) 4th- J Rutta 5th- S Kuraly  Grade- B-  Got a couple starters in 1st round!  Camp Lines- 10(20 Goal Scorers)& 2 Defenseman with 10 or more!  John Tavares(47G)was 2nd in Goals(45)last year had P. L. Dubois(27G) & A. Radulov(29G) on his wings as the Top Line!  Line 2 saw J. DeBrusk(27G), D. Strome(20G) & T. J. Oshie(25G).  The 3rd line today was M. Pacioretty(22G),F. Nielsen & J. Voracek(20G). 4th Line had G. Nyqvist(22G), J McCann & P Buchnevich(21G). Veterans J. Thornton,J. Carter, & W. Simmonds all skipped practice!  On defense, M. Giordano(17G) & J. Petry(13G) were the Top Pair!  Rookie Rasmus Dahlen, who’s expected to go #1 Overall, would be just the 3rd LD in camp & he was paired with the veteran Z. Bogosian! Z. Chara(62 GP) & K. Russell were the 3rd pairing!  B. Holtby & D. Rittich will split the Goaltending duties! Hawks posted a 74.2 PK % last year(worst in league) with no forwards having a 4-defense rating, same boat this year with no forwards having a 4 on defense.  What’s that saying to Swami “They got a snowball’s chance in Hell of making Playoffs”

WINNIPEG-  In finishing 15th last year, the Jets scored a League-Low 215 Goals!  18-19 Rookie Draft-  6th Overall- N. Patrick 2nd round- K Kapanen 3rd- M. Subban & Z. Ashton-Reese 4th- O. Fantenberg 5th- J Khaira  Grade- C+  Patrick-underperforming so far!  Camp Lines- 5(20 Goal)Scorers & 2 Defenseman with 10 or more!  The “Bread Man” A Panarin(28G)R. O’Reilly(28G) & K. Dumba(12G)(32GP) skated as line 3!  Allstate Goaltending(In good hands)with J. Gibson & J. Halak or does the veteran Halak get moved!  Questions abound on Rookie Pick, go with the Swede(Pettersson)for more Offense or the Finn(Heiskanen) to shore up an aging LD!  Swami thinks the re-build is still on, heavy fog in Winnipeg, Jets still grounded!

NEW JERSEY- The Devil’s scored a League-Low 41 PPG’s last season enroute to their 2nd straight 14th place finish, as the non-playoff streak reach’s 11 seasons! 18-19 Rookie Draft-  3rd Overall C . Greiss will be #1 in Goal, while the “King” Lundqvist & S. Varlamov battle for starts!  Devil’s traded their #1 pick(3rd overall)last season to Tampa, the trade brought Orlov & Leddy, which shored up the Left-Defense, also got Varlamov as insurance in nets!  With that deal, Swami is gonna go out on a thin limb & the Devil’s will end their 11-year absence from the post-season!

BUFFALO-  The rumor has it that the Sabres are moving to the vacated Philadelphia franchise to once again represent the city of Philadelphia!  Management is awaiting League approval!  18-19 Rookie Draft-  7th Overall- M. Sergachev 2nd round- A. Kerfoot & M. Amadio 3rd- E. Bear 4th- L. Wallmark 5th- C. Lindgren & D. Grubauer might share the nets, but this kid in camp Carter Hart is pushing to go #4 Overall in Rookie Draft!  With Hall, Pastranak, & Krug all having to miss significant time, it’ll be tough to make the show, getting close, but not yet says Swami!

VEGAS-  Matthew Barzal, last season’s #1 Overall Rookie Pick, led the Golden Knights in Points with 77!  With the 5th Overall Pick this year, the Knights hope to add another Chip to the rebuild!  18-19 Rookie Draft-  #1 Overall M. Barzal 2nd Round- Eriksson Ek 3rd- R. Hagg & J. Hayden 4th- A. Iafallo 5th- J. Brodzinski  Grade- B+  Camp Lines- 7(20 Goal)Scorers & 2 Defenseman with 10 or more.  J. Guentzel(40G), Bo Horvat(27G) & E. Lindholm(27G) was billed as the Top Line!  J. Skinner(40G), M. Barzal & J. Silfverberg(24G) was line 2!  Veteran’s Z. Parise(28G),C. Soderberg(23G) & M. Perreault skated as line 3!  A. Iafallo,V. Filppula & Eriksson Ek had the 4th line jersey’s today! Veteran’s A. Cogliano & J. Neal never made it out of the locker room.  Defense- V. Hedman(12G) & S. Murray will get the bulk(50GP)of starts while C. McElhinney will see plenty of action!  Two 40 Goal-Scorers, pretty darn good defense, above-average Netminders means the odds are good they make the Post-Season!  Swami puts the bet down, it’s Show-Time in Vegas!

NEW YORK I-  The Crystal Ball had the Isle in Playoff’s last year, Nope, they finished in 11th place & Cam Fowler had the dubious distinction of having the worst plus/minus (-33)in the League!  18-19 Rookie Draft- 4th Overall- C. McAvoy  Round 2- no pick 3rd- N. Goldobin 4th- M. Frk 5th- No Pick  Grade- Incomplete  Camp Lines- 5(20 Goal)Scorers   K. Hayes, P. Bergeron(32G)(65GP) & A. Mantha(25G)(67GP) was the Top Line!  D. Perron(57GP)- W. Karlsson(24G) & A. Athanasiou(30G) skated as Line 2! A. Steen, L. Glendening & A. Shaw(63GP) was line 3 today!  Line 4 saw C. Sheary, R. Sheahan & P. Byron on the ice! M. Grabner(41GP) had the day off!  Defense-  M. Niskanen & J. Trouba was the #1 Pairing, while C. Fowler(59GP) & C. McAvoy(54GP) had line 2 Jersey’s! J. Brodin & B. Lovejoy got ice-time as pair 3!  Goaltending- A. Khudobin & D. Dubynk will share the nets, with J. Bernier & J. Korpisalo getting back-up duty!  7 Forwards rated 4 defense or better, but some key players(Bergeron,Steen,Byron,Grabner,Mantha,Perron)have to miss significant time! Pair 2 on defense will be out for a quarter of the season! What will the Isle do, Khudobin might bring alot in trade or do they keep him to make run?  Swami says put up the white flag & surrender now, No post-season on the Isle!

TAMPA BAY-  Patrick Laine(353)led the League in shots & the Bolts finished with 88 points, just 5 pts outta the Playoffs!  18-19 Rookie Draft- 5th Overall N. Hischier 2nd round- N. Pionk & S. Girard 3rd- N. Juulsen & T. Jarry 4th- J. Gillies 5th- A. Forsberg Grade- B-   Camp Lines- 6(20 Goal)Scorers & 4 Defenseman with 10 or more!  N. Hischier,S. Aho(30G) & M. Marner(26G) skated as Line 1, giving the youngster Nico a shot at LW!  Z. Hyman(21G),A. Kopitar(22G) & P. Laine(30G) was given line 2 duties! R. Panik, W. Nylander & D. Brown(22G) was line 3! N. Ritchie, P. Zacha & K. Labanc got 4th line ice-time!  Defense-  M. Rielly(20G) & D. Severson(11G) was the Top Pair! D. Nurse(10G) & B. Montour was pair 2!  E. Lindell(11G) had youngster N. Pionk out as line 3!  Goaltending-  R. Lehner gets 46 starts,  while M. A. Fleury & J. Saros will get the rest! Has the 3rd Overall Rookie Pick(Tkachuk?), strength’s include a mobile defense(4 pass L) Awesome Goalie in Lehner, good PK Forwards, but no RD rated 3 or better on Defense could hinder their playoff hopes!  Tough call for Swami, a trade or two might help, but this bunch in camp right now might come up short again! It’s a miss here!

MINNESOTA- After a run to the Cup Finals two season’s ago, the Wild(89 pts) missed the Playoff’s by a mere 4 Points!  N. MacKinnon’s 3 OT Goals led the GHC!  18-19 Rookie Draft- No Pick in 1st  2nd- W. Butcher 3rd- T. Dermott 4th- M. Jankowski 5th- no pick Grade- C+   Camp Lines- 8(20 Goal)Scorers  J. Zucker(21G),N. Ferland skate together!  B. Rust, P. Stastny(50GP) & B. Coleman(22G) wore the line 4 shirts!  Defense-  R. Suter & J. Boychuk was the Top Pair!  H. Lindholm & S. Vatanen(50GP) was Pair 2!  W. Butcher & A. Martinez(60GP) got the Line 3 skates! T. Dermott will see action for Martinez & Vatanen when they sit!  Goaltending-  Only 2 Goalies in camp with J. Howard getting the nod as #1, with J. Quick as his back-up starter!   The RD is not very mobile(passing) & the Goaltending is below average, plenty of firepower up front to score, but will they keep it out of their net?  Swami thinks the Wild take a step back, a miss for the post-season!

LOS ANGELES- As he did in 2015-16, Alex Ovechkin again lead the League in Goals(46) & the Kings also had the Best PP%(28.8)in the league! 18-19 Rookie Draft-  13th Overall- A. Tuch  2nd round- D. Heinen 3rd- T. Thompson & C. Djoos 4th-no pick 5th- M Pettersson  Grade- B   Camp Lines- 8(20 Goal)Scorers & 1 defenseman with 10 or more. Ovie(51G), J. Toews(35G) & P. Marleau drew N. Bjugstad & A. Lehkonen on the 4th Line!  Defense- M. Ekholm & S. Weber(14G-58GP) was the Top Pairing! D. Keith had part-time D. Byfuglien(42GP)as his partner today! B. Dumolin & D. Savard danced as the 3rd Pair!  B. Seabrook,C. Ceci,M. Kempny, B. McNabb, M. Pettersson & T. Hamonic were extra’s, trying to vie for a starting job!  Goaltending-  M. Jones(ouch),K. Kinkaid(yikes) & R. Miller(20GP) were in camp, only the Veteran Miller looked good! Between Weber & Big Buff plenty of gms to miss, but the Kings are deep on defense & maybe one of them will be trade bait for help in the nets!  This team could go either way, if a Halak or someone else in Goal finds their way to LA, Playoff’s again!  If it’s status quo, they’ll be a no-show!

TORONTO-  With the Best PK%(83.9)in the League last year, the Leafs rode that to a 7th place finish & a 1st round upset of the Bruin’s in the Playoff’s.  18-19 Rookie Draft- 1st round- no pick 2nd- R. Donato 3rd- no pick 4th- C. Hudon & D. Simon 5th- C. DeSmith Grade- B  Camp Lines- 7(20 Goal)Scorers & 1 Defenseman with 10 or more.  C. Giroux(22G), S. Crosby(35G) & J. Donato(56GP),B. Little & P Hornqvist checked in as Line 4!  Defense-  R. McDonagh & K. Letang(16G-65GP) was the Top Pairing! N. Schmidt(61GP) & B. Pesce was pair 2! P. Nemeth got part-timer M. Green(43GP) for Pair 3.  N. Hjalmarsson was off practicing his shot(No Goals) Goaltending-  D. Kuemper has stolen the #1 Job between the pipes, with F. Andersen as the back-up!  Prospect C. DeSmith could be moved or kept as insurance!  Despite Key games to miss for Letang & Schmidt, the Offense is there & the Goaltending alone will win games!  Another post-season is in store for the Leafs!

COLORADO- The Av’s, like the Leafs, pulled off a 1st round upset in the Playoffs by beating St Louis in 6 games!  But their fate was the same as Toronto, losing in the 2nd round!  Steven Stamkos, Captain of the Av’s, who led the team in Assists(57) & Points(85) has promised the fans a return to the post-season!  18-19 Rookie Draft- 9th Overall- A. “The Cat” DeBrincat 2nd Round- V. Dunn 3rd- A. Bjork & L. Kunin 4th- J. Campbell & J. Ryan 5th- M. Grzelcyk & M. Mamin Grade- A   Camp Lines- 10(20 Goal)Scorers & 4 Defenseman with 10 or more!  M. Domi(28G), S Stamkos(45G) & J. Edler(10G-56GP) & J. Spurgeon(14G) skated as Pair 1, followed by B. Skjei & R. Pulock as Pair 2!  V. Dunn(12G) & T. Barrie(14G) punched in as Pair 3! M. Matheson & R. Hainsey joined the gang in the hall playing soccer! Goaltending- 4th Round Rookie Pick last year J. Campbell(31GP) gets the nod as #1, while veteran P. Rinne should make the bulk of starts!   A very deep Offense & Defense with above-average Goaltending spells cant miss, Stamkos says post-season, Swami says Top 4 in League & maybe the Regular Season Crown!

DALLAS-  The Stars tied Vancouver with 95 points, but lost the 3rd tiebreaker(Goal-Differential in head to head play)to finish in 5th place & bow out of playoffs in 5 games vs the Nucks! Was the League Standings tight- Only 3 points separated 3rd place St Louis from 8th place Los Angeles!  18-19 Rookie Draft- 15th Overall- J. Roslovic(yuk)Round 2- T. Bertuzzi 3rd-no pick 4th- N. Brodie was the Top Pair in camp!  Pair 2 saw J. Muzzin & C. Parayko(10G) together!  E. Karlsson(53GP) was with J. Manson on Pair 3!  Goaltending- S. Bobrovsky(62GP) will get the majority of starts, while we toss a coin between Schneider & Reimer for the rest!  Stall,Arvidsson,Wilson & Karlsson will miss significant time & a lack of depth could hurt!  Only average Goaltending, so Offense must step up,need Big years outta Top Forwards to make the Show, if not, Coach Hunter gotta go!

VANCOUVER-  Having the 2nd best Road Record(26-13-1)in the League carried the “Nucks” not only to a playoff spot, but to the Swain Cup Finals!  Again, Congrats Gary! 18-19 Rookie Draft-  2nd Overall- B. Georgiev  will all see time, with Bishop getting just over half(46GP)the Starts!  Just a bit tougher schedule this season than last( 4 Home & Away vs SJ,STL, & BOS) & two key defenseman to miss games could hurt chances to make post-season.  But with the Best Goalie-Card(Bishop)in the game, the “Nucks” sneak in!

ST LOUIS-  Only two teams(Dal/Tor)allowed less Goals-Against than the Blues!  C. Hellebuyck led the League in Wins(37) & tied S. Bobrovsky(55)for most Star Points& was named team MVP in a 3rd place finish!  18-19 Rookie Draft-  16th Overall- T. Yost 2nd Round- J. Bratt 3rd- N. Scherbak 4th- B. Leipsic 5th- no pick Grade- C   Camp Lines- 6(20 Goal)Scorers & 5 Defenseman with 10 or more.  M. Tkachuk(34G), M. Scheifele(38G) & M. Granlund were spotted as the Top Line!  K. Connor(34G), E. Kuznetsov(21G) & C. Coyle was Line 2!  On the 3rd Line was F. Forsberg(28G-64GP), E. Stall(22G) & N. Foligno!  4th Line had J. Bratt(51GP), A. Kempe & J. Armia(57GP)  Defense-  O. Ekman-Larsson(14G) & B. Burns(16G) were the Top Pair!  S. Theodore(12G) & A. Pietrangelo(13G) skated as Pair 2!  J. Gardiner(62GP) & J. Faulk(11G) was pair 3!  Goaltending-  A. Vasilevsky & C. Price will handle the load! C. Hellebuyck will watch this season!  The Blues appear to be a little shy at RW, does Hellebuyck get moved for help on the starboard side! Plenty of Firepower from the back-end, Defense will push the play & get involved!  Despite the short-comings at RW, got enough Guns up front & perhaps the best Offensive D in the League & super Goaltending means another Playoff year in St Louis!

BOSTON- The Bruins gave up the Most Goals(284)in the League, but also scored the Most(286)to reign in 2nd place last year!  18-19 Rookie Draft- 10th Overall- T. Chabot 2nd round- C. Fischer 3rd- H. Fleury 4th- C. Wolanin 5th- C. Stephenson  Grade- B- Camp Lines- 5(20 Goal)Scorers & 3 Defenseman with 10 or more.  J. Benn(27G),C. McDavid(41G) & B. Wheeler(20G) was the Top Line in camp!  O. Palat(64GP), L Draisaitl(50G) & E. Malkin(21G) was Line 2 today! T. Vanek(64GP),V. Hinostroza & T. Toffoli was the 3rd Line!  The checking unit saw R. Hartman,K. Brodziak & M. Zuccarello(48GP) together!  Defense-  Z. Werenski(11G) & D. Hamilton(18G) was the Top Pairing!  Pair 2 had J. Slavin & K. Shattenkirk together! T. Chabot(14G) & D. Engelland worked out as Pair 3!  Goaltending-  J. Markstrom & L. Domingue will be in the nets!  Can McDavid & Draisaitl carry this team?  Palat,Malkin,Vanek,& Zuccarello have to sit a bit with little depth!  Goaltending only average, will the B’s surprise again, Swami says not this year!

SAN JOSE-  The only team to crack a 100 Points(101)& scored 52 more than they gave up(best in league). 18-19 Rookie Draft- 11th Overall – T. Sanheim 2nd round- no pick 3rd- no pick 4th-no pick 5th-pass  Grade- B-  Camp Lines- 11(20 Goal)Scorers  G. Landeskog(34G),A. Barkov(35G) & N. Kucherov(41G) was the Top Line today! P. Kessel(27G) lined up as the LW with T. Seguin(33G) & V. Tarasenko(33G) on Line 2! J. Schwartz(69GP),L. Couture(27G) & M. Rantanen(31G) went out as Line 3!  J. Vrana(24G),N. Kadri & T. Teravainen(21G) got 4th line duty!  Defense-  K. Yandle & R. Ristolainen was the Top Pairing!  J. Morrissey(59GP) & P. K. Subban(63GP) was Pair 2!  A. Pelech & J. Braun was Pair 3!  Goaltending-  L. Brossoit(21GP) looked best in camp, then it was either M. Smith,L Ullmark,R. Luongo or C. Talbot, but none of those looked sharp!  The 2-time Defending “Swain Cup” champs again are loaded up front, have defensive depth(Klefbom & Sanheim)to cover Pair 2’s GP!  Like last year when they moved a 2nd for Luongo(Ironic that he faced old team in Finals), will the Sharks find a trading partner for a stud Goalie, or do they just stay pat & ride Brossoit(eligible)in a Playoff run!  Sharks are in, but if help arrives with a mask, it’s goodnite Irene & let the Fat Lady sing!

MAJOR TRADE….Just days into camp & the Kings & Lightning make a star-studded deal!TAMPA BAY  sends Marc-Andre Fleury,Samuel Girard & Brandon Montour to

LOS ANGELES for Shea Weber,Dustin Byfuglien,Brian Dumolin & Cody Ceci

Looks like a Great Deal for both teams, Kings get a needed Goalie & Bolts get some RD help, could be the deal that gets both teams into the Playoffs!

BREAKING NEWS–   Craig Ticalo, who some of us know from the CSHL(Vegas) will be taking over Chicago!  Craig has requested a move to Montreal.  Welcome Craig!
