Game 31 (CHI vs LA)

The visitors from Chicago won by one goal over Los Angeles by the score
of 4 to 3. Los Angeles was unable to get their power play going and finished
0 for 6 with the extra man. Chicago was trailing Los Angeles 3 to 1,
but they scored 3 goals in the third period for the comeback road victory.
In spectacular fashion JAKUB VORACEK scored the game winner at 19:52 of
the 3rd period. Other goal scorers were MAX PACIORETTY, ZDENO CHARA and
TYLER PITLICK for Chicago and PATRICK MARLEAU, BRANDON SAAD and MIKA ZIBANEJAD
for Los Angeles.


Game 32 (VAN vs LA)

In their home arena Los Angeles easily handled Vancouver by a score of
3 to 0. The game’s initial goal was sufficient as SEAN COUTURIER scored
12:18 of the 1st period. MARTIN JONES was outstanding in goal. He stopped
everything thrown his way for the shutout while facing 26 shots. Other
goal scorers were MIKKO KOIVU and CRAIG SMITH for Los Angeles.


Game 33 (DAL vs LA)

The visitors from Dallas won a close one against Los Angeles by the score
of 5 to 4. Dallas quieted the crowd early, scoring 4 times in the first
period. BRAD MARCHAND had two goals for Dallas. And T.J. BRODIE had
a goal and contributed two assists. Also ARTEM ANISIMOV scored twice
on 6 shots for Los Angeles. Others registering goals were VIKTOR ARVIDSSON
and JORDAN STAAL for Dallas and BEAU BENNETT and PATRICK KANE for Los Angeles.


Game 34 (STL vs LA)

The visitors from St. Louis squeezed out a victory over Los Angeles by
the score of 3 to 2. MARK SCHEIFELE scored the game’s final goal at 12:20
of the 3rd period. Others registering goals were NICK FOLIGNO and BRANDON
SUTTER for St. Louis and ARTEM ANISIMOV and ANDREAS ATHANASIOU for Los Angeles.


Game 35 (TOR vs LA)

On their home ice Los Angeles won a close one against Toronto by the score
of 5 to 4. ARTTURI LEHKONEN closed out the scoring with the game winner
at 13:38 of the 3rd period. MIKA ZIBANEJAD had two goals for Los Angeles.
Others who scored were SIDNEY CROSBY, EVANDER KANE, REILLY SMITH and RADIM
VRBATA for Toronto and ALEX OVECHKIN and CRAIG SMITH for Los Angeles.
