Toronto 3, Boston 2

In their home arena Toronto won a close one against Boston by the final
score of 3 to 2.  KRIS LETANG netted the last goal, the game winner, at
19:13 of the 3rd period. Others registering goals were COREY PERRY and
KYLE BRODZIAK for Boston and BRENDAN GALLAGHER and JASON CHIMERA for Toronto.
With the victory Toronto now has 24 wins and 51 points on the season.

Vancouver 3, Toronto 2

The visiting team from Vancouver won by one goal over Toronto by the score
of 3 to 2.   Goal scorers were TYLER JOHNSON, JUSSI JOKINEN and SHAYNE
GOSTISBEHERE for Vancouver and SIDNEY CROSBY and KRIS LETANG for Toronto.
With the road victory Vancouver has now recorded 25 wins and 50 points
for the season.

Toronto 6, Buffalo 1

On their home ice Toronto romped over Buffalo by a score of 6 to 1.  Buffalo
was unable to get their power play going and finished 0 for 5 with the
extra man.  Toronto got going early, scoring 3 times in the first period.
CLAUDE GIROUX was dominating, he dazzled with a hat-trick for Toronto.
JAKE ALLEN was sharp in goal.  He made just one mistake while facing 30
shots. Other goal scorers were JEAN-GABRIEL PAGEAU for Buffalo and SIDNEY
CROSBY, PATRIC HORNQVIST and BRYAN LITTLE for Toronto.

Toronto 7, New Jersey 2

In front of a cheering crowd Toronto pounded New Jersey by a final score
of 7 to 2.  Toronto scored 4 goals in the second period.   KRIS LETANG
contributed four assists for Toronto. The goals were scored by JACK EICHEL
and MATT DUCHENE for New Jersey and CLAUDE GIROUX, PATRIC HORNQVIST, JAMIE
McGINN, BRYAN LITTLE, BRENT SEABROOK, SCOTT HARTNELL and RYAN McDONAGH
for Toronto.

Toronto 2, Tampa 0

In a good matchup, Toronto topped Tampa Bay by a final score of 2 to 0.
Toronto sustained a constant attack outshooting Tampa Bay 37 to 24.  The
game’s initial goal was sufficient as SIDNEY CROSBY found the back of
the net at 19:49 of the 1st period.  JAKE ALLEN was outstanding in goal.
He stopped everything thrown his way for the shutout while facing 24 shots.
A goal was also registered by BRENDAN GALLAGHER for Toronto.
